[ What we've been up to! ] [ 01.16.05 ] Okay, despite how the other webmaster has made it sound I have done tons of work on this site. In fact, I(Kent) have already re-made this site 3 times already. Ketty just likes to do this one page :P Today Ketty and I(Kent) added a sponsors page and re-did the icons for the navigation bar. The rest of the team has been working hard on the field. Mrs. Kusonoki brought lunch for everyone today. It was delicious! Thank you Mrs. Kusonoki. There has been some problems with our DNS(Domain Name Server) so we hope to fix the problem soon. Due to the size of our team it has been a bit hard to keep busy constantly. We're doing whatever we can do from cleaning and maintaining tools to making presents for other teams and the judges. Many of us also are enjoying the Patriots vs. Colts game. Others of us(ME) were very upset that the Vikings lost their game against the Eagles. Several people are very busy working on the program learning all they can.[ 01.15.05 ] I (Ketty) under the supervision of Kent, reorganized the gallery section. We also uploaded more pictures and videos. And lastly, we created picture links in the gallery section for the different gallery sub-sections. This took us a couple hours and we ran into some difficulties after we linked our sliced pictures. We weren't sure what it was so Matthew helped us and he found out that there were thin spaces between the pictures, so we had to redo it. Every section is filled except for archive and we'll probably finish it by tonight. Hooray for us! [ 01.13.05 ] I (Kent) added finished the roster page and added additional pictures to the gallery along with the help of Jennifer, the new assistant webmaster. Ike quizzed us again on all the rules. We're trying to keep busy and looking forward to a long, long, long, weekend ~.~ [ 01.11.05 ] For the past two days, I (Ketty) have been working on the profile pages and editing pictures for them. Kent had already typed the information out so that made it easier and faster to complete the pages. We are just missing a few more pictures and profiles, so hopefully Kent can get those done since I'm working after school until ten today. Matthew has also fixed the computers so now it doesn't delete our current saved work. Within this week, we'll add more pictures and the webpage should be up by the end of the week. [ 01.09.05 ] Yesterday Kent and I made a beautiful page but it mysteriously got deleted. We were able to post up many pictures with captions and now we have to redo everything. We blame Matthew, one of our mentors and Deep Freeze. We are deeply saddened by our loss. The End [ 01.09.05 ] Yesterday we had the kick-off. We came to school at 4:00 AM to watch the live telecast of the kick-off. We had a long day leaving the shop finally at 5:00 PM. We split up into different groups and started to plan out our strategy. Today we worked on our strategy further and started to actually think about what designs would best accomplish our strategy. We completed our chasis and the drive train. We're finishing up hooking up the controllers and of course re-built our website. [ 10.30.04 ] We've been doing a lot of fund raising. We've had several casualties already and the team has suffered sun burns, fatigue, early mornings, late work days, lost weekends and really REALLY bad slipper tans! Oh my. We've had several car washes and helped at Thomas Square with the Pacific Handcrafters Guild. We also are currently selling chicken tickets and the actual chicken sale will be held on October 30, 2004.
