Yesterday, we were figuring out where the window motor would go on the shooter; keeping in mind that the sprocket shouldn't be touching anything....

After deciding where it would go, we started making a mounting plate for the pitch control motor (or window motor :P).

that is the coolest sprocket right there!

         filing away!

While Mr. Leong drilled holes and tapped it to size, Mr. Ing was setting up the table in preparation of welding. We had a part of the shooter arch thingy (it's a long straight piece) that had unnecessary holes, so Mr. Ing was going to fill it. Unfortunately, we don't have enough masks and it's "kinda" dangerous.....so not all of us got to see it.

before welding, we had to scrub the oxide off the aluminum

    coming together piece by piece!~~

      testing testing!!!

A Sneak Peak @ the dangerous? or splendid? welding
