Today.......
we continued with the "keeper blocks" (blocks that hold the axles in place for the wheels) and discovered that the hole was too deep (meaning to pin was able to rotate, which is bad) so we had to fix it...   
look at the boys filing away!    
   here we are making dents with a transfer punch to prepare for the drill    drilling the holes so that we can screw on the keeper blocks    screwing the keeper blocks and setting the wheels onto the base of the trailer
   TRAILER BUMPERS~~~~~    cutting the bumper material to size...   measuring the pool noodle....     time to cut the pool noodles!  look at all the life savers we made!  we had a special guest appearance by Mr. Ing's dad! ~~Dr. Ing!  
 back to work....the funnest part!
      look at them tagging! o_O (just kidding! it's spray adhesive, glue if you don't know judy :p)    
 the hardest part was folding the material so that it looked purdy~    TA DAH!!! Meanwhile....    making double hex sprockets...   |
