Hybrid Mode
| The first 15 seconds of a match are devoted to the hybrid mode. During this time, the robot must operate on its own with the only human interaction being a remote control.
We have over 9 main strategies for hybrid mode. A potentiometer attached to the operator console allows us to choose which program to run. This means we can change our hybrid program seconds before the match starts to best counter what we think our opponents are going to do. We also utilize the remote by sending information to the robot about where the ball is. This gives us lots of flexibility when working with other teams. |
