- How many members should we have on our team?

There is no limit to how many people you can have. Team sizes range from 10 to over 100. Keep in mind travel expenses. An average team size is about 25 students.
- We need help in finding parts for our robot. Where do I look?

Innovation First is an official supplier of FIRST. Many things in the Kit of Parts can be found on their site. If you are looking for other things such as frame material, machining tools, etc you can visit the McMaster-Carr website.
- Where can I find the Autodesk Inventor software as well as Inventor files of FIRST
Robotics parts?-
If you are a FIRST Robotics team you can visit FIRSTbase and download a copy of Autodesk Inventor 11. FIRST CAD Library has most of the Kit of Parts in Inventor and STEP file formats.
- Is there an online community where I can talk with other FRC teams?

Yes!
FIRST has an official forum where you can ask questions about the game rules. The ChiefDelphi
forum is the largest online community of FRC teams. Here you can ask technical questions about pretty much anything. People from other teams are more than happy to answer your questions.
